Roofing

Riverside Painting is CertainTeed certified for replacing shingles and roof repairs.  Our roofing specialists offer the highest quality in roof repairs and roof replacements.  When replacing a roof we remove everything and replace It with top of the line CertainTeed materials.

We work from start to finish before starting any other projects to ensure that each customer has the same time expectancy of completion.  We also ensure that all of your property will be left in the same location it was originally found in before we showed up to start and free of debris.  Riverside Painting is licensed, bonded, and insured to protect the homeowner’s best interest.

Siding & Repairs

Riverside will attempt to replace customers’ existing siding with the same material if it is still in production, and if not, we will use Hardie Plank with the same pattern to make seemless repairs.  Our Hardie Plank specialists are James Hardie certified installers with years of experience working on projects of all sizes.  We recommend the installation of Hardie Plank as the siding of choice because it lasts the longest, it does not hold moisture, and it can come in any pattern our customers could desire.

After installing the Hardie Plank siding, our painters immediately caulk all joints and seams to protect exterior walls from mildew and possible bug infestations.  Our Hardie Plank is backed by a fifty-year guarantee against manufacture defects or premature failure, and all labor comes with a five-year guarantee.

Gutter Replacement

We install 5 and 6 inch seamless aluminum gutters using hidden hangers which are screwed into the facial board instead of nails.  The hangers are equipped with a mounting bracket which we can attach our retro-guards system.  The retro-guard system is constructed out of aluminum and it is designed to make sure that rainwater makes it into the gutter free of debris, so there will not be anything left to clog the downspouts.

We  use only high quality sealants on all of the corner miters and outlets for the downspouts making sure they are sealed properly.  All of the labor will be protected by a 5 year guarantee from Riverside and all of the metal is backed by our supplier Spectra Metals with a 20 year guarantee against any premature deterioration.
