Interior Painting

Riverside Painting’s first concern is making sure all flooring, furniture, belongings, and all other surfaces are fully protected. All hardwoods are to be protected with paper and tape and any carpet will be covered with plastic and tape.

We make sure all walls are prepped and primed properly before any top coat of paint is applied, and any sheet rock repairs or installation will be done professionally. All of the interior labor and products will be backed by our company and Sherwin Williams in case of any chipping, pealing, blistering or cracking. We will not ask the customer pay for anything up front unless the customer wants to supply the materials.

We also install base, crown molding, wainscoting, and Bede board.

Riverside will take all the responsibility into our hands to make sure the experience is as easy and as convenient as possible.

Exterior Painting and Carpentry

We prefer to do all of our painting by hand instead of spraying because it guarantees a more durable topcoat, unless otherwise requested.  Proper prep work and replacement of any rotten carpentry ensures wonderful exterior painting results, and our crews are trained to be able to replace virtually any carpentry on the exterior of a home.

The entire home will be pressure washed, scraped, sanded, caulked, and spot primed in any chipping or pealing areas present before applying any top coats of paint.  The exterior painting of the home is completed in a timely and efficient manner by a crew with at least 4 or 5 painters that work well together.

The exterior is also backed by a five year guarantee that protects you against flaking, peeling, blistering, or cracking unless it is damaged from an act of god or chemicals.  In addition, Riverside can perform a yearly maintenance inspection and pressure washing on the home.
